    SUBJECT : Investigation Report on : Alleged Rape and Arson that leads to the death of
    the victim.

    II. MATTERS INVESTIGATED


    4. To determine fact and circumstances surrounding the incident
    5. To Possible identify the suspect that will lead to their apprehension and possible
    prosecution.

    III. FACTS OF THE CASE


    The S.O.C. O Team lead by the undersigned immediately preceeded to the place of
    incident and arrive about 9:30 in the morning. Upon arrival the team immediately coordinated
    with PO2 Sinong Innvestigator-on-Case BCPO Staion 7.
    Information gathered from the first responder that the witness hear a girl screaming
    before the fire happened.
    The team noted that the victim has several stab wounds into his upper body. A lighter
    was found near the door, a semen was found near the victim and the weapon that is allegedly
    use in the stabbing of the victim.
    The S.O.CO Team processed the crime scene by taking photographs, note taking and
    sketching. Pieces of evidence were properly collected by swabbing. The crime scene was
    release to PO2 Sinong, Cashimir Investigator-On-Case.The case is under investigation by the
    BCPO Station 7.

    IV. INVESTIGATION FINDINGS


    We found the dead body of the victim on the top of the platform inside the room where
    she was allegedly rape.
    The victim was allegedly Rape, suffers almost half of his face was burned Suffer 12 stab
    wounds in his upper body.
    The crime scene was burned by the suspect and there are semen, and the weapon that
    was allegedly used in stabbing the victim

    V. CONCLUSION
    The Victim suffers several stabs wounds in her upper body, and suffers a burn in her
    face and was allegedly rape and burned.
    VI. RECOMMENDATION
    The body of the victim must undergo autopsy
