Project Details for Securities Analysis

Dear Students,
Your Project Report will be based on Following Parts:

 Part A: A Lecture Notes Summary for All the Live Youtube Sessions.
o 1 to 2 Page for every 40 minutes Session, it may be in form of Lecture Notes or
briefing
o if any Session has any activity assigned to Student. Submission of that Activity must
be there.
o Make Headings of Notes Summary as follow:
 A: Bond Valuation Review – Session 1 (June 18, 2020)
 B: Bond Valuation Review – Session 2 (June 19, 2020)
 C: Stock Valuation Review – Session 1 (******) and so On
It is suggested that Student should write summary at end of every week and
complete activity of topic in Same Week so that They should be able to submit well within
Time.

 Part B: For Every Topics of this course, I will assign Case Studies at the end of Same
Week;
o Topics will be as Follow:
 Bond Valuation
 Stock Valuation
 Future and Forward
 SWAPS
 Options
 Strategies of Combining Multiple Options
o All Students have to do any 2 Case Study Individually to be submitted by the
Deadline Mentioned by Department of Commerce, BBSUL, Karachi
Note for Students: It is Individual Submission, submitting someone else work amount to
plagiarism which leads to academic dishonesty. Hence, You might be penalized if detected.
Summary should be hand written, However, you may use Excel for Case Study Solution. But
Final Submission will be in Word Doc File. To be uploaded on Googlesite Link to be provided on
Whatsapp Group till mid of July 2020.
