Military Museum

I chose a military theme because throughout the course of our history

militaries ultimately decided the way of the land. People fought for what they wanted and took it. A
strong military meant power and a strong military is still important today.

Mace Head

2700-2600 BCE

A vital weapon to those in this time frame, the mace head

was used to deliver heavy blows in combat.

Cylinder Seal

2600-2350 BCE

The clay of the cylinder seal had a variety of uses. I believe military

leadership carved out battle formations and battle plans for

how they plan to attack their enemy.

Spear Shaft Terminal

900 BCE

This was used to guide a shaft or spear at the target during combat.

A vital invention that military’s today liked so much they built it into some of their weaponry.

Axe Head

2350-2150 BCE

The easiest artifact to include, the axe head.

A multipurpose tool, used for basic cuts, sharpening

weapons and it can used as a weapon.

Warrior Statue

300 BCE

This statue is believed to tell stories of fierce battles.

I put it in my museum because ever warrior needs

a symbol, something to look at and know what they are fighting for.
Relief of Soldiers

668-627 BCE

This represents a task issued, executed and carried out by the soldiers.

In addition to the tale, it also records history and gives some art work to the museum.
