Vacation at Grandma's House

The end of semester vacation was very memorable for

me. I went with my mother to go on vacation to my
grandmother's house in a village of Sukadana, West Kalimantan.
Actually I haven't been there for a long time. So the opportunity
to go to my grandma's house is very pleasant.
At eight o'clock in the morning I went to grandma's house
with my mother on a motorcycle. After a few hours later, we
finally arrived at Grandma's house. My first day at grandma's
house I spent time talking to grandma.
The next day, I was invited by my mother's nephew to go
to my grandmother's rice fields. Incidentally that day was the
time to harvest rice. Grandma's rice field is not far from home. A
few minutes, I arrived at the location of the rice fields. Many
people harvest rice in Grandma's rice fields. Some are cutting
rice. There are also rice thresher tools.
On the third day, my mother invited me to her old friend's
house on the outskirts of Pulau Datok Beach. Mother's friend's
house is on the beach so we can see the beauty of Pulau Datok
Beach.
The next day I spent a pleasant time playing with friends
in the village. Apparently they are very friendly and kind. I feel
like I've been hanging out with them for a long time.
On the last day, I was reluctant to leave my
grandmother's village. The village is fertile, people are friendly
and like to work together. I thought I wanted to live in my
grandmother's village but that was impossible. In the afternoon I
returned home with my mother.
A full week I was at Grandma's house for vacation. It was
a very pleasant experience. For the next school vacation, I will
ask my mother to go on vacation again at my grandmother's
house.
