This is our Third day

24/6/2020

First we had our video call meeting at 8am then dalia checke the attendance,
grooming and did the Sub-group the members and delegation of areas of
responsibilities and endorsement done at 9am ,my patient was a 50 y/o female with
chief complain of vaginal bleeding , and her diagnosis was Abnormal vaginal
bleeding, her dietis DAT with no allergy.
Then i assess my patient condition, I resave patient awake may go home any time
today as doctor order
I start taking the Vital signs at 8am T:36.8 ,RR:20 ,BP:190/100 ,PR:89 ,Spo2:99%
And there was a doctor order to remove the IV cannula so I remove it.
And then I did health teaching for the patient because she may go home any time
Then we had Video call with our Headnurse for documention at 11am.
We done the quiz giving by our headnurse at 12pm
The v/s for 12pm T:36.5,BP:120/80,PR:86,RR:20
Then we had our break at 2:30, and at 3pm we had Video call for any
clarification,and for Record V/S, IVF rate and I/O .Total intake was300ml and
Total output was250ml.
4:30to 5pm was time Evaluate head nurse by the staff and Post- Conference.
