approved level or ceiling level. Using 2"x1" Aluminum frame work for 2.5"x2'0x2'0"
structure work and sandwiched by 12mm tk commercial plywood on both sides with
1mm laminate of approved dual color and partly insert 8 mm float glass for glazed Sqft
area. All the nails, screws of hardware etc...should be approved quality, height shall be
as per required (may vary subjected to actual measurement and design).

2 HALF Height-Wooden Partition

Providing & fixing position of partly glazed, dual shade laminated partition unto
approved level or ceiling level. Using 2"x1" Aluminum frame work for 2.5"x2'0x2'0"
structure work and sandwiched by 12mm tk commercial plywood on both sides with

3 Full Height-Glass Partition

Providing & fixing position of full glazed unto approved level or ceiling level. Using
10mm thick Toughened glass for glazed area mount with floor to ceiling as per design
and ceiling mount with batch fittings. All the nails, screws of hardware etc... should be Sqft
approved quality, height shall be as per required (may vary subjected to actual
measurement and design).
4 Half Height-70MM Modular Panel (Partition)
Providing & fixing in position of dual shade laminated partition unto approved level or
4'0" Level. Using 70mm aluminium powdered coated profile for all side structure work
a and insert MDF board with approved dual color. All the nails, screws of hardware Sqft
etc...should be approved quality and design. Height shall be as per required. 132

5 False ceiling Gypsum

 Providing & fixing false ceiling using 12.5mm Gypsum board of Saint gobain on GI
framework, consisting of meter channel, Intermediate channel, flanges spended from
Roof and side wall steel suspenders of fixed with dash fastener. Ceiling section having
knurled edge and two flanges fixed to intermediate channel with the help of
connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel with the Sqft
help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at
450 centers. 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plaster board finally screw the
tapered and square edges of the boards to be joined and finished with requisite filler,
paper tape, finisher. Measurement shall be as per plan area of the ceiling.

6 Regular Edge- Mineral Fiber Board Grid Ceiling

Providing & fixing in position of Regular edge classic light (16mm) acoustic soft fiber
board fix with 2'0"x2'0"-White powdered coated GI channel grid and mound to ceiling Sqft
6mm M.S rod, 'J' hook hanged 4'0"x4'0" distance with regular intervals in that area.

7 Low Storages
Providing and fixing of low height storages with 18mm, 12mm MR grade Plywood and
top made of 40mm thick. All exterior surfaces finished with 1mm laminate of selected
double shades and inside area given skin laminate complete. Provide shelf, open able Sqft
shutters of width 1'6" or Equivalent with approved quality of locks, handles etc..

8 Door Accessories
Providing & fixing partition flush door with accessories made to 32mm flush door, Door
closer, SS matt finish lock, Stopper, SS matt finish handles and all necessary hardware SQFT
accessories. Door finished with 1mm laminate of approved twin shades on both sides
as per drawing & design.
9 Glass Door Accessories
Providing & fixing position of single leaf fully glazed doors formed out of 10mm thick
toughened glass fitted with top & bottom patch fittings, SS pull handle, top pivot, floor Nos
spring of Hettich or Dorma make etc., complete.

skin laminate complete. Edges will be finished with same shades. The table will have
one keyboard with mouse drawer, soft close three pullout drawer of width 1'9".
