 CS Construction is a startup contractor that offers
construction services such as Design & Build, Interior Fit-
out Construction, Repair & Renovation and Project
Management services. We are composed of an Architect
and Engineers who have diversified professional expe-
rience in the field of Project Management and Construc-
tion in the Philippines and in Dubai U.A.E.

The construction group started in early 2020

through the tremendous efforts of its founders Arch. Brian
Santos, Engr. Arvin Cortez and Engr. Camille Santos.

As a startup, CS construction focuses on providing

quality projects and services in order to maintain and
enhance our relationship with our clients. By living up to
our vision, we are determined to improve our services by
introducing new construction methods, innovative de-
signs and give the best management service to our
clients.

CS Construction is located in San Mateo Rizal, and

caters services in CALABARZON, National Capital Region
and its surrounding regions.

To provide quality projects, excellent service

and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ho-
nesty, and fairness in our relationship with our clients,
employees, and vendors. To continually bring new
and innovative products and methods of construc-
tion to the industry.

DESIGN AND BUILD SERVICES

Is a project delivery system used in the construction industry.

It is a method to deliver a project in which the design and
construction services are contracted by a single entity known
as the design–builder or design–build contractor. Design and
build relies on a single point of responsibility contract and is
used to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce
the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and
construction phase of a project.

INTERIOR FIT-OUT CONSTRUCTION

Interior fit-out construction is the package which falls all

work activities related to interior works, starting from all MEP
works linked to mains services and utilities, false ceilings,
flooring partitioning and walls, paintings, woodworks (Doors
and Windows), etc. up to furnishing the spaces to be
ready for use by the client.

RENOVATION/REPAIR WORKS

Is the process of improving a broken, damaged, or

outdated structure. They are typically either commercial
or residential projects. Additionally, renovation can refer
to making something new, or bringing something back to
life.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project management is the art of directing and coordinating

human and material resources throughout the life of a project
by using modern management techniques to achieve prede-
termined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality and participa-
tion satisfaction. Project Managers are most commonly known
as “Owner’s Representative” as they oversee a project’s perfor-
mance, cost, quality, and timeline giving the client the relief of
supervising his/her project.
Cortez-Santos Construction was founded by siblings Arch. Brian Santos, Engr.
Camille Cortez and her husband Engr. Arvin Cortez, they started as a contractor
for residential houses in Rizal and Metro Manila Areas. Together with their
diversified portfolios, every project will be handled with utmost quality and with
professionalism.

ARCH. BRIAN CARLO SANTOS, UAP, PIA

Arch. Brian is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Archi-

tecture at University of Santo Tomas. He specializes in
design and project management and handled various
residential and hotel projects in his career. As a young
professional he already gained experience by being a
project architect for Century Properties, Fareal Builders
Inc., and HFS builders Inc. He is in-charge for design and
build services and for architectural design tasks of the
group.

ENGR. ARVIN CORTEZ, PICE

Engr. Arvin is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil

Engineering at University of Santo Tomas. He specializes
in Project Management. Through years of professional
experience in DMCI Homes Construction and Multiplex
Construction as Project Engineer, handling projects such
as Flair Towers, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa and The Address
Jumeirah Gate were enough to establish his portfolio in
the construction industry. He is a member of Philippine
Institute of Quantity Surveyors (PICQS) which broadens
the network of the construction group.

ENGR. MA. CAMILLE CORTEZ

Engr. Camille is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in

Civil Engineering at University of Santo Tomas. With her
diversified experience as Project Engineer and Quantity
Surveyor, she is in command for the groups’ material
procurement and financial budget. An integral part of
every company, maintaining a good balance between
spending and savings is her expertise.

Iguazu Tower Acqua Private Residences, Mandaluyong City

Arch. Brian was part of the Design Management team of Century Proper-
ties who handled Iguazu Tower, the 5th tower to be built in Acqua Private
Residences in Manadaluyong City. Acqua Iguazu by yoo inspired by
Starck is literally rising a bridge away from all the conveniences and
attracttions of the Makati Central Business District. Just minutes from top
schools, the best shopping malls, five star hotels, corporate offices of the
nation's top companies, and Makati's exclusive subdivisions.

Novotel Suites Manila, Acqua Private Residences,

Mandaluyong City
As the 6th Tower to be built by Century Properties in Acqua Private
Residences. Arch. Brian was also part of the Design Management Team
who handled Novotel Suites Manila. A 41-storey hotel and residential
tower which will bring an international branded hotel and residential
experience with exceptional service, world-class amenities, and beau-
tifully designed living spaces within the Acqua master-planned waterfront
development just a bridge away from the Makati Central Business District
and its many attractions.

Makati Diamond Residences, Makati City

As a project architect of the Interior Fit-Out Team of FAREAL Builders,
Arch. Brian made sure that they delivered hotel unit interiors in their
scheduled turn-over. Makati Diamond Residences is a luxury serviced
apartment hotel in Makati City's Central Business District
 HSBC Headquarters, Dubai U.A.E.
As a senior quantity surveyor of Multiplex Constructions LCC, Engr. Ca-
mille manages all suppliers and subcontractors account, from cost
management, progress billing, variation costs and closing of
accounts. She handled quite a number of towers including HSBC
tower, a 22 storey office building in Emaar Square which serves as the
headquarters of HSBC in the middle east region.

ICD Brookfield Place, Dubai U.A.E

ICD Brookfield place is Dubai’s premier lifestyle and business
destination, with over 4 acres of highly curated dining, retail and
community spaces alongside 92,000 square meters of modern
workspace. Design by Foster+Partners and also the tower achieved a
LEED Gold rating. Engr. Camille, is part of the construction as senior
quantity surveyor.

NIKKI BEACH RESORT & SPA DUBAI U.A.E.

Engr. Arvin affiliated with Multiplex Constructions LCC, is a
senior quantity surveyor for the project Nikki Beach Resort
& Spa. The hotel consists of a luxurious 117 rooms, suites
and 15 villas as well as 61 lifestyle residences which is loca-
ted in Pearl Jumeirah. His skill was honed with the project
as hotel projects are very detailed and needs close coor-
dination with contractors and subcontractors to be able
to meet deadlines and turn-over
The Address Jumeirah Gate, U.A.E.
Engr. Arvin together with his team in Multiplex Constructions LCC.,
braved all the challenges to manage and finish a one of a kind Hotel
and Residence tower in Dubai. The Address Jumeirah Gate is a spec-
tacular duo of interconnected towers that redefine the Jumeirah sky-
line, with their 310-metre tall stature, Address Jumeirah Resort + Spa
presents a refreshing new paradigm of breathtaking beachfront living

The Address Boulevard Hotel, U.A.E.

A city lifestyle resort set in the prestigious Downtown Dubai area, just a pleasant
amble away from the cultural Opera District and with direct indoor access to both
Dubai Mall, Fashion Avenue as well as the Metro Station. Engr. Camille took her
professional skills to a high as she teamed up with her colleagues in Multiplex
Constructions LCC to deliver the 5 Star Hotel on track and on time.
