The Graduation Day – 2019 for the Anna University Regional Campus(AURC)-
Tirunelveli, University VOC College of Engineering(UVOCCE)-Thoothukudi and
University College of Engineering(UCE)-Nagercoil tentatively scheduled on
11.04.2020-(Saturday) at the Auditorium of University VOC College of
Engineering, Thoothukudi, Bryant Nagar 7th street west, Thoothukudi-628008.
The Graduates who have passed their UG/PG degree in April/May – 2019 are
eligible to receive their degree IN PERSON. The List of Eligible graduates are
displayed in UVOCCE web-portal (www.annaunivtut.in).

In order to receive the degree in Person, Kindly Register through the link
(Google credential is mandatory for registration)

The last date and time for the online Registration is 04.04.2020, 4.00pm.

The Graduates who have registered through this link alone will be permitted to
attend the Graduation Day and receive their Degree in Person on 11.04.2020.

The Registered Graduates are requested to Report at the Venue (UVOCCE -

Thoothukudi) of Graduation day (Reception desk of concern Institution /
Department) well before 12.00 Noon for fulfilling the Check-In procedures and to
assemble for rehearsal at the “Auditorium, University VOC College of
Engineering, Thoothukudi” in Thoothukudi on 11.04.2020 before 1.30pm
without fail. They have to collect the Graduation Day Ropes in the venue by
paying nominal fees and deposit. The deposit will be returned to the graduates at
the time of returning their ropes. Professional Photographers are also available at
the Venue on Individual payment Basis. Mobile Phones are not permitted inside
the Auditorium.
