AFFIDAVIT OF SEARCH

I, Kabba Dauda, a Lead Paralegal at the Gbotema Partners, Barristers and Solicitors of No. 18
Siaka Stevens Street Freetown in the Western Area of the Republic of Sierra Leone make oath
and say as follows;

1. That acting on the instruction of my Client Mr. Momoh Ansumana, I did on the 21 st day
of February, 2020, at about 12:10 pm, personally search the Court File in the matter
herein at the Master’s Office, Law Court Building Siaka Stevens Street Freetown, to
assertain whether an Apearance has been filed by or on behalf of the Defendant herein. A
photocopy of the Search Fee Receipt is now shown to me exhibited and marked
“EXHIBIT KD1”
2. That my search revealed that no Appearance has been filed for and on behalf of the
Defendant.
3. That the contents of this Affidavit are true to the best of my knowledge, information and
belief.
