Operating instructions
Drawings of internals
All companies who are exposed to any of the following information
shall have an NDA with the EPC/FEED Contractor:

Remaining HTAS TECHNICAL INFORMATION, not listed above and

Specific P&ID for compressor, heater, or any other package unit (such as
vacuum unit)”
Considering above, the sub vendors receiving only specific information
like specs for different equipment and instrument suppliers, if have
NDA with EPCC bidder who have signed NDA with HTAS need not to
have direct NDA with HTAS.
