Under GDPR legislation, implemented in May 2018, your consent is required before University
College London can use, publish and store either still or moving images taken of you.

By signing below, you agree to the following statements:

I agree to my image/s and any video and audio footage of me being taken and
used in any printed and/or electronic promotional material. I understand that all
data will be stored securely and this may be used in future promotional material
produced by or on behalf of University College London.

I can withdraw my consent at any time, by contacting IEP Comms & Marketing Officer
Emma Whitney (e.whitney@ucl.ac.uk). I understand that any published physical material
will not be recalled if I choose to withdraw my consent, though future print-runs and digital
material will be altered.

I can find out about the usage of any images of myself by contacting Emma Whitney for
further information.
