Arab Culture

Arab culture is one of the most pure and deep-rooted cultures in the world. A
lot of great scientists and scholars of the arab world followed the same culture as
its pretty similar all over the arab world.
Nowadays, tradition has changed in the middle east in that people are not
preserving it as they are supposed to be and that is going to lead to losing the
values of these traditions since people are now focusing on modern practices
such as technology and education, for example arabs before used to value
honoring their guests and its not that they are not doing that anymore but in
most areas they have fallen behind.
One of the most interesting local cultural traditions that I personally enjoy
watching is the emirati local dance ( El Yola) which is a dance where dancers are in
two rows, carrying riffles and sticks that are traditionally used to control their
camels. A dance is showing the proud male warriors and hunters from the Arab
world.
There is no doubt that it is important to preserve cultural traditions since it is a
main factor in defining our history and present and by ignoring it we forget who
we truly are and it is also important to hold on to such important historical and
cultural practices.
All in all tradition in the arab world has changed but that doesn’t have to be a
bad thing whether its old or new traditions they each have their own meaning
and it is important to preserve those cultural traditions so that our kid can enjoy it
just like we did.
