 The perfect chance.
EX: It is a golden opportunity to make this deal with a big company.

2. a golden handshake
 A large sum of money paid to a retiring manager or director, or to a redundant
worker.

EX: The company chairman received a huge golden handshake on retiring.

3. a golden boy
 A young man idolized for a great skill, usually in sports.

EX: Tim Duncan is the golden boy of NBA.
