This document contains a table with simulated results from ASITIC comparing the calculated inductance values L(nH) using an analytical equation to the simulated results for various microstrip line geometries defined by their width w, spacing s, and lengths Dx and Dy. The analytical equation was shown to estimate the inductance to within 0.08 nH of the simulated results for all line geometries tested.
