the acativity.
The VIP portal will be able to accept the VIP cards and process
payments on the third phase of the project.
Mobile apps will be developed, to make using the VIP portal
easier and more convenient to users.

Phase 1
 Phase 1 is where we implement
all the web features, this is the
most important phase, because
the rest of the system will be
based on the database that we
create from this phase, after the
database is when we develop the
front end with all the user
interface.
Phase 2
 Phase 2 is expanding to a forum
for users to talk and discuss
different subjects, and making
applications for mobile and other
uses.

Phase 3
 Phase 2 is the last phase and the
critical phase, this is where we
finalize the payment modules
and create a final security layer

The whole project is projected to be complete within 7 months from when the Document are signed
to when the project is completed.

Phase one will take 2 months to complete, phase 2 and three both require 3 months each to fully
complete.
A team of 5 people will be working on it full time to get the project finalized and fully running, other
members will pitch in when needed.
Phase one is set to start as soon as initial down payment is made.
The platform can be start to be used within 1 – 2 weeks as more updates are added on the cloud as
we go.

TERMS & CONDITION

5. After the end of the project, Every new change that was not originally foretold is chargeable. The
price quotation will be provided accordingly

6. Mistakes from our side are not chargeable and will be taken in account as a top priority.

7. 12 Months free support after the successful implementation of the site.

8. Training will be provided by us to the staff on how to use the system.

9. Our company will not be responsible for the unavailability or the damage of the website due to
the misconduct from the client.

10. Damage of the site due to the natural disaster, virus attack, hacking, manhandling of the system
and hardware and software failures which are beyond our reach is not covered by us.

PAYMENT TERMS
1. 50 Percent of the cost of the phase must be paid before the start of each phase.

2. Once the advance payment is paid for, we start working on the phase and only when the client is

fully satisfied with the completion of the phase is when the final payment of the phase is made

and we await instructions on starting the phase that follows.

3. Once the proposal is approved by both parties, a contract will be drafted for signing.

4. All phases will be completed inallocated time period, if any additional charges occur after the

allocated time period we will use our own resources to complete said charges
