ProWax Veneers and Occlusal Forms

Instructions for Use

The ProWax systems can be used for pressable ceramics, diagnostic wax-ups, gold crowns,
temporary crown & bridge work and guides for crown and bridge implant frames. Using this
system, a technician can realize up to a 70% time savings as opposed to waxing up from scratch.
In addition to the labor savings, laboratories can benefit from the consistency of each case
produced from the ProWax systems.

Each veneer/occlusal pattern has a corresponding model making it easy to select the right pattern
for a given case

and bridge implant frames

Produces consistent quality and aesthetics every time

Numbered according to the Universal Tooth Numbering Code

Made of high quality, 100% Ash Free ivory wax

ProWax ivory sculpting wax is made of the same high quality, ash free wax that the patterns are
made of. It possesses a fine combination of carving and modeling waxes to ensure that like the
patterns, it maintains a level of flexibility for homogenous waxing and contouring.

Tips for ordering refills kits

All forms are available individually in 20 piece refill kits.

In order to ensure that your refill order is taken accurately and, to receive the desired mold of
teeth, we recommend using the item numbers provided inside the drawer compartments. The
item numbers are coded to each specific tooth number and situation model letter, for example:

Item number X291 08A belongs to tooth number 8 (Upper right central) from situation model A

Item number X291 23I belongs to tooth number 23 (Lower left lateral) from situation model I

Item number X291 04B belongs to tooth number 4 (Upper right 2nd premolar) from quadrant
model B

Item number X291 30C belongs to tooth number 30 (Lower right 1st molar) from quadrant model
C

There is a Universal Tooth Numbering Code diagram of the upper and lower arches in the next
page to be used for referencing.
