Providing possible support

Financial support is not the only support


provided by companies under the coordination of
the Human Resources Management Division. The
employee as a person is going through a crisis
that needs many services, some of which do not
cost anything, while others have a reasonable
cost or cost within services that the company
has already paid for in the past, according to
annual contracts with specialists. Among these
services;

1-Provide psychological and emotional support


information from specialists through remote flyers and
lectures.

Providing some consultations with health or mental


health professionals.

Providing introductory services with the country’s


programs that the employee can benefit from and
helping employees to understand them and understand
the ways to apply for them.

Providing health insurance services that the company


previously contracted annually with insurance
companies that cover health care expenses for the
employee and his family.

Provide support for child-care services in the school


stops and kindergarten back-up dependent care so that
workers can do their jobs as possible.

Inform workers of all programs and privileges


available to them within the company.

The support of the employee will be reflected in him
positively in his performance at work.
Encourage the employee to be more creative, which
causes an increase in the company's productivity.
