This information provides an overview of the fault codes (and FMI codes) that are used
to identify active and inactive faults in the VOLVO D12D engine.

Freeze Frames
The information shown in the “freeze frames” panel of
VCADS Pro is an overview of values when certain fault
codes become active. These values (before, during, and
after the fault code appears) can be helpful to trace the
problem.
Example:
If the value is near the alarm limit for a while before the
fault code becomes active, this may indicate contamina-
tion of certain filters or liquids.
