The compassion, empathy, and support provided by Greenwood are remarkable. I want to be part of an
organization which believes in elevating the quality of life of that stratum of society who has provided to
life in their own way and now have earned the right to be repaid. Serving such people is rewarding both
mentally and spiritually. I truly believe that I can add to the service for Greenwood.
For one I have been raised in a culture which values highly about their elders and always keep them in
the family loop. Respect and honor are the symbols for elders and I have been trained naturally in this
role.
Secondly, throughout my professional career, I have been attached to customer services in general. The
prospective role demands the best services you can offer to make the recipients comfortable and at
ease.
Thirdly, I am a resident of Oshawa, which makes it convenient for me to reach the premises in case of
emergency or as the situation demanded.
I like to read and talk on a variety of subjects, which I am confident would be an asset for this role.
Currently, I am working as a concierge and every day I meet elderly who wanted to seek attention and
sometimes ventilate their feelings. Being a good listener, I provide them space where they can
communicate and sometimes find a cathartic sense.
I can start after giving 15 days notice to my current employers depending upon the selection.
