PROMISORY NOTE

I, JUDY M. VALDEZ, herein referred as the DEBTOR), of legal age, Filipino, and wit office address
at No. 7 San Jose Village, Bahay na Toro, Quezon City, Philippines, for and in consideration of the amount
of FIFTY THOUSAND (PhP 50,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, with an interest at 10% per month,
straight charge, do hereby obliged myself to pay to MISCHELLE B. SALCEDO, of legal age, Filipino and
(referred to as the CREDITOR) the afore stated loan amount, paying interest for six months starting
October 30, 2019 and, each and every end of the month until March 2019, and will pay the principal in full
on the sixth month, thereby paying my creditor Php 5,000.00 every month as interest until March 2019 and
Php 50,000.00 on March 30,2019.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby voluntarily execute and sign this Promissory Note this October
28, 2019 in General Trias, Cavite, Phillipines.
