Sub: Restoration of faults of AP Circle Wi-Fi hotspots - Reg

यह इस कायालय ारा दे खा जाता है , एपी भर म वाईफाई हॉट ॉट् स म लं बे समय तक / बार-बार दोषों म
भारी वृ ई है । दोष और पुन थापनािदशािनदशों के अलगाव पर तं को पहले ही संदिभत प के ऊपर सा रत
िकया जा सकता है ।

यू एसओएफ से बीएसएनएल को वाईफाई राज पूरी तरह से वाईफाई हॉट ॉट की उपल ता / उपल ता
पर िनभर करता है ।

इसिलए, कृपया ह ेप कर और संबंिधतों को िनदश द िक भिव म कृपया एसएसए म बार-बार के दोषों से

बचने के िलए मीिडया और िबजली के मु ों को समा करके दोषों को ज ी और थायी प से बहाल करने के िलए
आव क कारवाई कर।

उपकरण दोषों को ठीक करने के िलए कृपया TCIL/L&T संबंिधत अिधका रयों से संपक करने की व था
कर।
तैयार संदभ के िलए दोषों की सूची अनुबंध -1 (यूएसओ दोष) से सुस त ह।

It is observed by this office, a drastic increase of prolonged/repeated faults in Wi-Fi Hotspots

across AP. Mechanism on isolation of faults & restoration guidelines are already circulated vide above
referred letter.
The Wi-Fi revenue to BSNL from USOF is completely depending on uptime/availability of Wi-
Fi Hotspots.
Hence, please intervene and instruct the concerned to take necessary action to restore the
faults early and permanently by eliminating media and power issues if any to avoid repeated faults in
the SSA in future please.
Please arrange to contact the TCIL/L&T concerned officials to get the equipment faults
restored.
List of faults are furnished in Annexure-1 for ready reference please.
