Assignment # 2

1. Look for a company that will allow you to conduct research and
interview particularly Food Shops (Jollibee, McDonalds, Kenny Roger
etc.) Get background information of the company you would have
access and provide a clear description on how the company operates
and how computer programs are used and utilized.
2. You should formalize your research by forwarding a letter of approval
and securing the necessary permit to conduct the interview and other
data gathering procedure.
3. Analyze all the data you can gather and present all these in a form of
an initial investigation report indicating the source and actual data
gathered.
4. Present a proposal on how to further improve the operation of the
Food Shop which you can computerize and use a computer program.
5. Explain your objective in you proposal in such a way you are like
selling a product to the Food Shop that they cannot refuse since this
will ultimately help the store improve its operation and services to
attract more customers. Follow the Systems Development Life Cycle
for this purpose.
