    Below mentioned are some points that we have discussed in our meeting today.

    1. Upgradation of OS distro of intranet reporting webserver i.e. 172.16.0.3, We have currently Ubuntu
    8.04 LTS with apache and php configured.
    2. Application auto email system issue that is not working since last year.
    3. Middleware DB2 Relational Database hot/ online backup, currently synergy team is taking cold/ off-
    line backup to different available storage.
    4. IBM DB2 replication with failover (HRDR Solution)
