    Dear Engr. Verzosa:


    This is to respectfully bring to your attention several illegal building constructions in
    our compound along Interior General Avenue, GSIS Village, Bgy. Tandang Sora,
    Quezon City. Constructions were undertaken without the necessary building
    permits; with some of the structures are already finished while there is another one
    ongoing.
    I have personal knowledge of these constructions because these are being
    undertaken in a parcel of land covered by TCT No. 154490 lawfully owned by my
    mother, Mrs. Felisa Gomez. Meanwhile, a separate illegal construction was also
    undertaken at Lot 341-B-3-B350 owned by my uncle, Artemio Cabansag covered by
    TCT No. 154491.
    Below are the lot numbers with corresponding constructions with no corresponding
    building permits:

    In relation thereto, it is respectfully prayed, that a cease and desist order be issued
    against Spouses Yanguas with respect to their ongoing construction, pending
    compliance with the National Building Code, and that those who have constructed
    without the necessary permits, be ordered to self-demolish.
