I. To crop a selected picture interactively, click the crop icon on picture toolbar. A set crop marks
appears around the picture. When you place the cursor over an of the crop marks, the cursor
changes shape. Drag the mark to crop the picture.

2 a. Switch user is used to switch from one account to another account but won’t sign out from you
logged account and anybody can spy your open account without password, log off option is similar
to switch user option but it locks and sign out of the account.

b. EXT is extend mode for selecting text. It can be turned on using the F8 key and has different of
working allowing you to select words. OVR is overwrite mode normally if you put the cursor in
middle of text and start typing. The existing text will be pushed over. If overwrites on, meaning in
set mode is off, then what you type will replace what is there.

program. The virus can spread by its self into other executable code or documents.
-A computer virus operate in two ways. The first kind, as soon as it lands on new computer,
begins replicate. The second type plays died until the try kick starts the malicious code.

-Antivirus provides multi layered defense system to stay away network from cyber from
known and zero day threats.
