Remarks/ Recommendation:

Academic performance is very important. However, I told her that proper attitude is equally
relevant in our training. The quality of work is affected by the quantity of working hours
given to the training. Punctuality is an issue to be addressed immediately. I recommend 1:1
make up of the number of lates incurred. Specific dates will be given by the Training Officer.
The research paper must be finished on time.
