Dear Madam;

I am writing this letter to express my interest in the position as Public Health Associate (PHA) and
renew my contract. I believe I am still fit for this position at your department or organization.

I am passionate about staying up and with my experience I am able to work professionally with my
skills and abilities. I believe these experiences would help me to be fit in this position.

Also, as part of this letter of intent, if possible, when there is a vacant position in lined with my
position I would like to be transferred near in my home address. The reason is that I am a
breastfeeding mom in this pandemic we’ve been through, though in my past months that being
assigned far from my home, I can still manage to continue being a breastfeeding mom. I respect your
decision on this matter.
