Sugauli East Champaran do hereby adduce this affidavit which states as follows:

1. That I am scribe by profession and as such am well acquainted with the facts and

circumstances of the instant case; hence, competent to swear this affidavit.

2. That I have appeared before the court as a witness to give my testimony.

3. That I have appeared before the court as a witness to give my testimony from the side

of defendants second set.

4. That the three Mahadnamans dated 16-05-1991 is been scibed by me in the presence

5. That I admit in this court that I’m not an intoxicated person.
