25 The meeting started in a Community recitation of JCI Creed, Mission, Vision
26 led by the 2020 Vice president - External. It was followed by the presentation of the
27 agenda and reading of the House Rules and Reminders. Ms. Liz suggested to fine
28 the JCI members who hasn’t memorize yet the JCI creed, Prayer, Vision and
29 Mission. She also clarified the House rules no. 2 on the speaking rights of the baby
30 jaycees, guest and observers.
31 The presider gave emphasis on the participation of the members community
32 projects and trainings.
33 On the approval of the previous minutes, corrections will be made on the
34 typographical errors.
35 Kimberly Olano, Director for Business presented the report on Pasko na
36 Sinta Kiao wherein out of 1,500 parols, there are 1,317 parols sold. The total
37 amount collected is 131, 700. For the cost of parols paid to the supplier, 35,000
38 was reduced to the gross income. She also discussed other expenses on the other
39 projects including Youth for Well-Being, Pasko na Sinta Kiao: Behind Prison Walls,
40 Christmas Party and Induction Party. (Please see the attached Report of the Pasko
41 na Sinta Kiao).

44 The Action Plan for 2020 was presented to the body. Assignments were
45 also distributed.
