“Total Transparency for spring 2018”

Being all dapper in a sassy outfit and feeling “too fly to be lowkey”? Nope! This ain’t possible until we
pair the look with some chic-statement jewellery! Year 2018 has got me drooling over “Total
Transparency” in everything!

The trend made its debut from some simple and handy plastic bags which caught our sight at The
Spring 2018 Runway and obviously, all fashion needs is just an idea which can be moulded into a lot
of more stuff! This was just the beginning of a whole new transparent world!

I'm a subject to discretion and the contents of my brain, inbox or wardrobe are not for public to
see… but the contents of my purse may soon be! I have been obsessing over Lucite Briefcase Bags by
Helmut Lang. I feel like they will prove to be perfect work bags but you’ll just have to edit your life a
bit to be worth-it for the gaze of others! (I’d surely end up ditching those bottom-of-the-bag gum
wrappers LOL). Next in this journey of going all-clear are the See-through Boots stomping down the
runway at Chanel; simply B.R.E.A.T.H-T.A.K.I.N.G! I couldn’t imagine wearing some plastic
thingamajig on my feet before this!

This isn’t it! “Total transparency” is apparently the official theme for 2018. It’s all about the flashiest

This season has actually got that millennial swag in the jewellery! With minimal use of colours or
maybe just by adding a pop of pale yellow, pink or black/silver support, the jewellery has turned out
to be really subtle but yet feels cool and playful! With exception to how “Total Transparency has put
the runways on fire, there are still a handful if fashionista’s who aren’t accepting clear plastic as
exquisite fashion! But for me, fashion is all about new ideas and associating conventional things with
contemporary ones. It’s just fantastic to see how “no colours” can yet make the thing outstand and
can be called as something unique; MIND IN THE WILD for sure! For me “Total Transparency 2018” is
a big thumbs-up!
