So what does health and fitness mean to me? Well, it means a lot.

Personally, I’m very picky to


my body. That’s why I like to be fit and athletic.

First of all, I attend dance classes. We have many hard trainings there, so it would be stupid if I
weren’t in a good form. Secondly, I started two week challenge of intense workout recently. I
began to do that, because now it’s quarantine and I don’t have dance classes and I need to
keep myself fit. So I cut out all sugar and bread from my nutrition and I tuned myself into a
good result. That trainings are really difficult and after them I sweat a lot and, I think, my body
love and hate me at the same time, but I realize, that effect will be stunning. I were motivated
by the results of other girls, who also tried that challenge, and by my friends, who’ve joined it
with me. We’re not into competition, just having fun together and support each other, and to
my mind, it’s the best thing in this.

All in all, dance and hard trainings make me feel more healthy and alive, and I suggest you to
find something, that will bring you the same feelings and not get you down
