Dear Sir/Madam,

I am 100 percent agree with the new research, that was conducted at
Coventry University. I also noticed such a problem in our country.

Firstly, teenagers started to use shortened forms in their daily speaking,

and their speech became incomprehensible and incorrect for their
surrounding. Personally, I do not like such a kind of conversation,
because in our country this short words sounds a bit rude.

Secondly, this problem is just beginning to spread, and there is not a

huge number of such teenagers at schools, but teachers and parents
should control the way of children’s speaking

To sum up, I want to say that people should differentiate whether they
texting their friends or writing a school essay. They should know where
it is inappropriate.

Yours faithfully,

Anna Marin
