A Taxes GST @ 18% Applicable as above.

B Freight Transport charges included till Rudrapryag site.

C Work Completion 45 days from the date of Confirm PO and Advance

D Payment Terms (1) 25% Advance along with PO for Machinery and Labour
Mobilisation

(2) 70% after completion of each 1500 SQM of work.

(3) Balance 5% with in 30 days of completion of work.

E Labour You shall provide Space for Labour Camp and Drinking & Cleaning
Accommodation water and Hutment and other necessary arrangement in our scope.
F Water for Seeding You shall Provide water for the Seeding work.
