2nd HPTA Meeting

Narrative Report
S.Y. 2019-2020

I. Objectives

1. Discuss HPTA project and the different activities of the school.

2. Discuss students progress, behavior and attendance.
3. Distribute Form 138.

II. Highlights

Last January 24, 2019, the HPTA meeting was held at Alejandro F. Oligan National High
School at the Grade 10-B classroom at exactly 3:00 pm, just after the Senior High School
Program. The meeting started with a prayer led by one of the parent of Grade 10-B.

The first agenda, the PTA project was discussed where the three bulletin boards will be
delivered soon.
We also discussed about the upcoming activity of the school which is the Foundation Day
where students will be given 5 Bingo Cards amounting to P100.00, and an envelop where
students and parents agreed that they will contribute a minimum of 50.00 to our candidate for
Miss AFONHs.

The attendance of their child was also discussed. All parents listened carefully and did
not raise any questions about these.
The students who garnered 90 % and above of their grades was not recognized because
of the unexpected incident happened to one of their subject teacher. Last but not least is the
distribution of report card.
It was ended by the signing of attendance .There are twenty-three parents attended the
said meeting.

III. Reflection

The parents are now aware of the different activities of the school as well as the behavior,
progress and attendance of their child..

IV. Recommendation

For smooth relationship between parents and teacher, I highly recommend the visitation
of parents to school once a month .
