DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Philippine currency, to me in hand paid by, (Full name of the Vendee), Filipino, of legal

hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally, unto the said
Name of Vendee, his/her heirs and assigns, that certain parcel of land, together with the
buildings and improvements thereon, situated in (city or municipality, and province), and
more particularly described as follows:

EXAMPLE:
A parcel of land (Lot No. 14567-B , PSD-08-030427-D, being a portion of
Lot 14567, CAD. 566-D), Brgy. Eastern Poblacion, Municipality of Hilongos,
Province of Leyte.  Bounded on the NE., line 1-2, adjoining Lot 14567-C, PSD-08-
030427-D; on the SE., line 2-3, adjoining Lot 14567-H, PSD-08-030427-D; on the
SW., line 3-4, adjoining Lot 14567-A, PSD-08-030427-D; on the NW., line 4-1;
adjoining Lot 14576, CAD. 566-D x x x x containing an area ONE THOUSAD
SIXTY SQUARE METERS (1060) square meters, more or less, covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No.. 115-2016000071 in the name of Juan De la Cruz.

of which I am the original owner in fee simple in accordance with the Land
Registration Act, my title thereto being evidenced by Transfer/ Original Certificate of
Title No. __________________, issued by the Register of Deeds of

It is hereby mutually agreed that the vendees shall bear all the expenses for the
execution and registration of the deed of sale.
