DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, made and entered into by and

between ROWELL V. RUFIN, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Ibarra,
Maasin City, Southern Leyte, Philippines, hereinafter called VENDOR.

and

SPOUSES RODOLFO G. ARUTA and ROSEMARIE A. ARUTA,

both of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Ichon, Macrohon, Southern Leyte,
Philippines, hereinafter called the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH

That for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Thousand Pesos

(₱50,000.00) Philippine Currency, receipt which sum from the VENDEE is
hereby acknowledged, the VENDOR hereof has SOLD, TRANSFERRED, and
CONVEYED, and by these presents do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and
CONVEY unto the said VENDEE, their heirs, successors and assigns, that the
certain SUZUKI MULTICAB PICK-UP with CANOPY on an “AS IS,
WHERE IS” condition and which is more particularly described as follows:

of which the VENDOR hereby covenants that the above-described

from all claims of whatever nature or kind.
