Narrator: Jose knew the Presidents considered the existing design but rejected it because of its age and not
easily manufacturable at low cost.
The members discussed possible new design elements but end to the existing design

" I think we should go back to what Mariana said awhile ago, the current design is good enough to do the job"
Narrator: Everyone nodded but jose reminded them again to why the council was formed
The council insisted Jose to make a memo that everyone suggested to use the current design and
immediately begin the design of the Plant and manufacturing system.
Ending Jose ended creating the memo but wondered if he will be responsible for the decisions and what was wrong
and what should he have done to prevent it.
