SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ZENAIDA M. CHANG, Filipino, of legal age, married, and with residence

address at 38 Lot 3, Phase 3, Gumamela St., Elvinda Village, San Pedro, Laguna, hereby
appoint MANUEL A. MORALES, as my attorney-in-fact in the case Zenaida Chang vs.
Golden Arches Development Corp. (McDonald’s Philippines), et a. docketed as Civil Case
No. 16-21650-CV, to do and execute all or any of the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1. To appear on her behalf for the Pre-Trial, including mediation conferences and
Judicial Dispute Resolution of the aforementioned case on the day set by the Court;

2. To sign documents, enter into a compromise or settlement of the aforementioned

case for and on her behalf;

3. To execute, on her behalf, any papers relating to the Pre-Trial of the

aforementioned case and to sign, acknowledge and deliver any and all agreements or other
writings therefor, or in any way connected therewith in the Pre-Trial of the aforementioned
case;

5.         To do all other acts, deed, matters as necessary for the proper disposition of
the above-mentioned case.

HEREBY giving and granting unto the said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform any and every act and thing, whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to
be done, in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as it might or could do
if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney or its
substitutes or nominees shall lawfully do, or cause to be done, under and by virtue of these
presents, with full power of substitution and/or revocation.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that the said attorney shall
lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
