Questions:

1. Determine why some people hate to dance

Dancing is a great way for people of all ages to get and stay in shape.
Besides being fun, dancing has many positive health benefits. Certain styles of
dance can have a tremendous impact on your overall flexibility, strength,
endurance level, and emotional well-being. Many people have turned to dancing
as a way to exercise. Basically, people dance for physical fitness, for mental
clarity, for emotional stability, and other such pulses. It makes them feel
complete, relaxed and alive. The benefits of dancing are endless, especially
when it comes to the physical aspects of this art.
With so many benefits of dancing has, why some people hate to dance?
First of all is the lack of confidence or fear. It’s true that dancing can build your
confidence – if you get good at it. The pressure to look good, feel good, be sexy,
get it right and others create a massive amount of pressure to the new dancer.
You probably worry about what people think of you when dancing. It takes a
certain amount of bravery and self-confidence to be able to put yourself out
there. Secondly is you have other interests and commitments. Maybe you just
enjoy playing other sports rather than dancing. Basically, you make time in your
life for things you want to do. Next is you have a bad experience that made you
hate dancing just like when someone makes fun of you. Lastly, you just don’t like
it. You just don’t feel the desire, the passion to move your body at the sound of
any music. Whatever it is, if you force it, it will feel dull, dry, and awkward to do.
Ultimately, dancing is a great form of exercise with benefits that extend to
not just those who desire to stay fit, but also to those who would like to improve
in other aspects of their everyday life. Nevertheless, not everything is for
everyone and let us respect that fact. But what is important is to do something
that you like, something which you enjoy. At the end of the day, hobby is
something that relaxes you, not makes you worried.
