SCOPE STATEMENT
Project Objective
To carry out one of the most competitive business case study competition that challenges student’s
business acumen and wit. This will help them have a broader perspective and come up with novel
strategies and solutions that would elevate business problems.

Deliverables
• To present a case study that reflects the modern technological developments in the business
ecosystem.
• Give the winning team and the runner up team an attractive cash prize.
• To bring in the experience of challenging corporate culture and laborious work ethic.
• To provide a training to teams for tackling the problems that a business face.

Milestones
• Finding Sponsors and Finalizing Negotiations – Week 1-2
• Marketing & Advertising – Week 1.5-3
• Training Workshop – Week 4
• Competition Day – Week 4

Technical Requirements
• Keep contact details of all participants, judges and trainers confidential.
• Use of Laptops, Projectors and PowerPoint presentations for presenting the solutions.
• Use of Audio System across the hall.
• LIVE recording of the entire competition and regular updates to the social media.

Limits & Exclusions

• Maximum participants in the competing teams will be 4.
• The judge’s decisions regarding the winning and runner up teams will be final.
• A total of 15 mins. will be allotted to per team. Presentation time will be 10 mins. There will be
additional 5 mins. time for setting up per team prior to presentation.

Customer Review

• Asking participants to solve a questionnaire post competition regarding their experience and
how it can be improved.
