FOREWORD

SA AKING MGA KABABAYAN

Isang pagbati mula sa inyong minamahal na Punong Bayan.


Sa akin pong pamunuan, lagi kong isinasalang alang ang
kapakanan ng ating mga kababayan. Ito po ay nakapaloob sa ating
batas at sinumpaang tungkulin.
Kasama ang lahat ng bumubuo ng Municipal Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) at ang
Sangguniang Bayan ng Mamburao ay Hinahangad na magkaroon
ng “ZERO CASUALTY” tuwing darating ang panahon ng
kalamidad. Nawa ay palagi tayo na maging handa sa anumang
kalamidad na dumating sa ating bayan at umaasa kami sa inyong
patuloy na pakikipagtulungan at kooperasyon na maabot ang mga
hangaring ito.
Patuloy tayong mabuhay ng ligtas, mapayapa at kasihan nawa
tayo palagi ng Mahal na Panginoon.

Note: The Chairperson of the DRRMC or Crisis Manager of the CMC is situated at the EOC, together with cluster leads, to make strategic
decisions. They will use the facilities of EOC to communicate their guidance to the IMT. The IMT then undertakes tactical operations based on
the directives from the EOC. The IMT also reports back to the EOC about situation updates on the ground. The clusters will continue to
coordinate with the IMT via the EOC to provide assistance especially in terms of resource mobilization.
