Wait for the client to answer accordingly.

A: Wonderful, glad to hear that! -if he says that he is doing well!

A: What happened? Let’s try to make this a better day then! – if the answer is that he is not doing
well!

My name is ………………, and :

We are here to be a reliable source of information related to the Stock Market, information to
which you are entitled to have access to.

We have called to show you the few baby steps that you need to take in order to have a
pleasant experience on the Stock Market. Remember you need a plan/ strategy to start with in
the first place.

I am calling you because you were curious to see how this business (the Financial Market)
works and we have the answers. It looks to us that in the past you’ve been looking for an
investment plan.

We coach people just like you on their investment journey. For you it’s important to work with
professionals so when you set your goals, we are here to help you achieve them.

(now you need to explain why this phone call is so important for him and why he needs to
register. Basically the client will try to make up excuses not to go on the website and you need
to fight those excuses with reasoning. For example, the client will say that he is not interested,
but in fact what he’s actually saying is that, so far he is not interested and he is waiting for you
to give him a good reason to be interested!!!

By now you have the possibility to interact with the client in a more informal way, by asking
about his past experience related to the market, about his age, about his job/ meaning what he’s
doing for a living. This is where the K.Y.C. (-know-your-client-) comes into place and it
represents the most important aspect of a conversation. And you need to fill in the details in the
comments section!)

Let me show you exactly what i am talking about. I assume you are in front of your computer
right now, am I correct? I want you to open google and type into the search bar the name of our
company!!! (if he doesn’t have a computer right now, he can use his smartphone/tablet).
(you will need to make sure he enters the correct website, by asking what he sees on the page,
example, what the logo looks like, what color is the main page of the website etc.).

You will have to help the client register on our company’s website (and you are not allowed to
register on his behalf). You need to check with the client if he is filling up all the required details
correctly and make him aware that he will speak to a Senior Expert on the topic! (Financial
Market).
