Affidavit of Beneficial Ownership of


QUINTIN LENARD CROSBY

I, am familiar with the facts recited below; and hereby declare under penalty of perjury that

1.I am the acting party named in the birth certificate attached and made part hereof:Certificate of Live
Birth, 104-70-029172, registered with California Department Of Public Health Division Of Vital
Statistics, received on February 27,1970 ; and that,
2.I am using this Affidavit to document the status of ownership over the principle, interest, and
all accounts of the QUINTIN LENARD CROSBY; and that,
3.I am the registered as acting owner of the QUINTIN LENARD CROSBY; and that
4.The registrar of titles shall treat me as having attained the age of the majority; and that
5.My date of birth is at February 22,1970; and that
6. I, man: declare i became a living soul, live and stand upon the land, born in The California
Republic, in Monterey County, according to documented records and family testimony, created
by The Creator of The Heavens and Earth., an entity was formed within the constitutional
republic of the United States of America, in an outlying possession of the United States; and
that,
7.I am the one holding in due course securing 100% of the beneficial interest in the property to which
this affidavit relates, and that;
8.I have the sole power to accept, receive, transfer, disburse, or convey 100% of the proceeds profits,
income, and revenue arising out of the property to which this Certificate of Title relates; and that,
9.I hold all investment powers, which includes the power to dispose, or to direct the disposition of,
such portion of Certificate of Title held by the Trust; and that,
10.I authorizes this affidavit to be provided to any withholding acting agent that has control, receipt or
custody of the profits, proceeds, revenue, or income derived from the property subject to the attached
Certificate of Title; and that,

By virtue of the power vested in me, through this deed, I transfer, assign, and convey all right,
title, and interests described above to vest in Quintin- Lenard: Crosby, Trustee Under
Declaration of Trust Dated February 27, 1970.

I hereby present you with the enclosed Affidavit of Truth, Notice of Understanding and Intent
and Claim of Right. I am including this letter as a courtesy in order to avoid an future confusion
or potential conflict, in order to maintain my honor and ensure maximum clarity between
myself and all acting agents of government, and to settle this matter in the private, as a peaceful
man desiring to live lawfully with maximum freedom.

I am contacting the various acting government officials in the hopes that someone can confirm
or correct my understanding as detailed in the enclosed Notice. Per the Notice, if you wish to
correct or dispute any statements herein, you must respond within Ten days of service, in
writing, via certified mail and provide proof of your claim, in Affidavit form, with full
commercial liability and under penalty of perjury. A lack of response or one that does not
contain proof of my mistaken understanding, on a point-by-point basis will result in automatic
default judgment and permanent estoppel by acquiescence.

I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that the above information is complete, correct, and
true to the best of my knowledge not meant to intentionally deceive.
