COURSE OBJECTIVES:

In this course, students learn the tools and skills that will allow them to:
 Assess a company’s sustainable competitive advantage
 Analyze industries and competitors
 Develop and implement strategies that enable companies to consistently
outperform competition.

The course will introduce appropriate analytical tools and concepts with hands-on
exercises and real-life applications.
