    SWSSMI wins Bronze in Streetdance Competition

    Saint William’s School of San Marcelino Inc. (SWSSMI) streetdancers competed in


    the annual Singkamas Festival Streetdance Competition with the theme “Timpuyog San
    Marcelino, Tulbek ti Panag-Asenso” held at the San Marcelino Plazuela last Feb 23, 2020.

    San Marcelino culminated the celebration of the town fiesta with the Streetdance
    Competition that is open to all secondary schools of San Marcelino. The contestants were only
    allowed to have real singkamas as their props. The performers were given seven minutes to
    perform their routine.

    With eight contending schools, SWSSMI finished off as the 3rd placer while San Rafael
    National High School earned the 2nd place and Laoag Integrated School won as the champion.
    Laoag Integrated School will advance to the Dinamulag Streetdance Competition in April.
