TASK 2: Identifying the objects purchased online and offline

Product Purchased Online: Jio Fi

1. Few months ago that is in the month of March as I returned back from Mysore to my
hometown Belagavi due to Covid – 19 crisis.
2. As time passed by I realized that I was in search of a good network as my mobile
network was not that strong and the data was not sufficient.
3. The very next day I surfed through a lot of options to know the options of getting a
better Wi-Fi
4. I contacted one of friend who has a good knowledge about the upcoming tech and so I
had a conversation with him, and he suggested few options.
5. Then after I was convinced with the brand Jio Fi I checked for their data plans and
they had few amazing options called work from home packages of which the
packages began with 249 which was again very affordable and I could get 40 GB of
data for 28 days
6. I tried looking for this product on amazon as well as many other online portals but
was showing unavailable. Then finally I ordered from their official website and I
could finally order the product for Rs. 2000/-
7. But due to Coronavirus we all were facing the lockdown and meanwhile all online
delivery platforms were closed due to which I had to wait over 2 months.
8. After lot of customer care calls and continuous tracking of the product I had almost
given up that I would receive the product and stopped thinking about it and continued
with my not so good mobile network.
9. After a long wait I received the product in the 1 st week of May and I was surprised to
receive the product as I had stopped thinking about it
10. Me and my friend checked whether it works well and decided to buy a sim card as
soon as possible and get back to my new Jio Fi, but again due to lockdown the sim
card shops were closed and I couldn’t get my sim for almost 15 days even after
receiving the product
 11. Recently on June 2nd I visited a Jio retail shop and by giving all the details required I
received my sim card and could finally use it for my online classes.
12. Till now the product is working well just hoping for the better network from Jio.

Product Purchased offline: Milton Flask

1. As in Belagavi the weather is slightly cold, and I was suffering from severe cold I felt
the requirement of buying a new hot flask of 1 lt.
2. I went to purchase the product and before that I asked few of my family members as
to know which brand is better.
3. First, I purchased the bottle from the mall but the cap was very loose and I had to
return it and couldn’t find the replacement for the same capacity bottle.
4. Then I visited another nearby local utensil shop to purchase the bottle with my mother
and saw a variety of bottles and finally selected the Milton bottle of 1 Lt. capacity
which was very feasible for me to drink hot water and helps me to maintain my health
5. Came back home with the bottle and checked for the quality by pouring hot water in
the new Milton flask and checked for the number of hours the water remained hot in
the flask.
6. I am still continuing to use the bottle and its given a good result and am happy with
the product.
