We are submitting herein described changes from the Plans and Specifications, or do the following described work not included in the Plans and Specifications.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE DONE:

INCREASED ITEM 102(2) Surplus Common Excavation, 105 Subgrade Preparation, 200 Aggregate Subbase Course, 300 Aggregate Surface Course,
311(a) PCCP, 0.28m. Thick; NEW ITEM 101(3) Removal of Existing Pavement

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To utilize the extra amount coming from variance as mandated per DO# 47, S - 2011 and to recompensate the extra works suiting actual site
condition. Additional of 210 meters of Two lanes for item 311, removal of Existing PCCP 4m width x 210m length Two lanes and increased Grouted Riprap. The final project limit
extends for 210 meters backward with Sta.1685+540.91 to 1689+600 and a total of 3,879.18 Linear meters net length.
