My favourite sport of all-time is Volleyball. What I've
always loved about it is the movement of the ball, I think is amazing how people can manage to keep the ball on the air but it is also amazing when a player hits the ball so hard, that is impossible for the other team to prevent the ball from hitting the floor. This beautiful sport helps a lot with coordination and of course with teamwork. So you can improve body skills, mental skills and have a lot of fun at the same time! If you are thinking of taking it up, don't expect to be good at it from the beginning. You will need practice for dominating the movement of the ball, so my advice is to focus on the basic four fundamentals and practise them until you can keep the ball in the air mixing two of them for three minutes. Once you are there, you will be good enough to start enjoying the game without worrying for not knowing to play. So stop reading this article, get a ball and prepare yourself for being hooked with this wonderful sport.
