    ICT501/ITS472 Assignment for Emerging technologies

    1. Each group is required to choose ONE(1) subtopic from the topic Emerging Technology in Database
    and prepare a slide presentation(max 10 sides) and share with others for discussion.
    Topic on Emerging Technology (Presentation 10% )
    • NoSQL database
    • Cloud Database
    • Mobile Database
    • Spatial Database
    • Genome Database
    • Sensors Database
    Time allocation for each group : 6 mins presentation and 4 mins Q&A (10 Mins)

    Any other related subtopic is also acceptable as long as related to the Emerging Technology in
    Database.

    2. Presentation will be in the google Meet. Minimum of THREE(3) sources/references based on


    articles/journal/proceedings/whitepapers on the subtopic. Give the link of the sources/references or
    attached the documents of the sources/references.

    3. Each student is also required to comment on other students’ presentations. You can ask questions
    in chat room or during Q&A live streaming session.

    4. The presentation will be held on 15-19 June 2020 during class or lab session. The lecturer will
    notify any further updates on this matter.
