17. Torque Motors is a Coimbatore based pump manufacturing industry. There are
about 1200 workers working in two shifts. Frequent accidents take place.
Employees complain the reasons stating it as poor lighting conditions, ventilation
and inadequate workspace as the major causes of accidents.
